The content of this site refers to the production and sale of alcohol. You may only use our site if you comply with the relevant alcohol age-restriction legislation of your location.
2. Privacy and Cookies
The majority of this site is accessible without registration. If you wish to purchase our goods and services you will be required to register with us. Registration can only be accepted if you are over 18 years of age and are registering as an individual.
The security of passwords is the responsibility of the registrant. If you suspect someone else knows your password we recommend you change it immediately and contact us.
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately and without notice if you breach any of your obligations under our terms and conditions.
You may only order from our online shop if you are over 18 years of age.
We currently deliver with the UK.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed entering the code in the appropriate box during checkout.
Special delivery instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour, in porch etc) can be accommodated if given at the time of order; however the person accepting delivery must be over 18 years of age. Orders with special instructions to be left without a signature are done so at the risk of the customer. Wild Beer Co cannot accept liability for any losses or damage incurred to these orders.
Customers will receive a payment confirmation email from WorldPay and an order confirmation email from us.
We aim to process orders between 2 and 4 working days followng receipt. Occasionally, for instance during very busy times, there may a delay in processing the order. We will send an email when the order is shipped.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your delivery and refund options.
Christmas and New Year are very busy times. We will do our best to tell you about delivery times and final order dates.
Delivery dates are an estimate and not a commitment due to shipping involving factors that are outside our control.
If an attempted delivery is unsuccessful, and there are no special instructions, the driver will retain the order and leave a card with the customer explaining how to rearrange the delivery. If no contact is made by the customer then the courier will return the order to us and we will arrange a refund. The courier will only attempt delivery twice before returning the order to us.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact the brewery immediately.
You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange as long as the goods are unopened and unused.
The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The content of this website is the copyright of The Wild Beer Co Ltd. Pages of this site may be printed or downloaded if and only if, they are downloaded in full, unmodified and our copyright or trademark notice is included in all copies. Our content must not be permanently stored or used by others for commercial gain. No part of this website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude any liability on the part of The Wild Beer Co Ltd Limited for fraud or for negligence causing death or personal injury or to the extent that applicable law prohibits such exclusion or limitation. We take reasonable care to ensure the content of our site is accurate when posted. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions on this site or for any loss or damages arising from using this site. We do not warrant that the use of this site will be without delay or free from errors, omissions or viruses. Your use of any information or materials on this site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights and obligations in the terms and conditions to any other person.
