Rooting Around


Two things appeal to us greatly at The Wild Beer Co: foraging and seasonality.

Four beers brewed for each season with foraged ingredients available to us at the time, the tying together of seasonality and foraging is something we can really get behind at the Wild Beer co.

Leading on from our successful seasonal series last year – Smoke ‘n’ Barrels – we are once again taking inspiration from the changing seasons, except this time actively including ingredients from the seasons into our beers.

Expect to see some incredible flavours emerge from this series as we team up with Bello Wild Foods, our professional hedge botherers.
